Returns

We accept returns only for defective products. If you receive a product that is damaged or not functioning as expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges. If you'd like to exchange a product (e.g., for a different model or specification), please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Products must be in unused condition and in their original packaging. Exchange approval is subject to stock availability.
